Chamberlain West Hollywood has implemented the following accessible features to make your stay at our hotel as comfortable as possible. Should you have further questions about accessibility, we would be happy to accommodate your needs and can be reached by phone or email.

The following features are available:

Accessible Rooms

Please note that all accessible rooms at the Chamberlain Hotel have the following features and measurements to ensure accessibility:

  • Accessible room entrance doors and bathroom doors provide at least 32 inches of clearance.
  • There is at least 30 inches of width on the side of the bed to allow for wheelchair access and transfer.
  • If the room has a desk, the desk provides knee and toe clearance that is at least 27 inches high, 30 inches wide, and runs at least 17 inches deep.
  • The toilet seat height is between 17-19 inches and there are grab bars to facilitate transfer.
  • The bathroom sink provides knee clearance of at least 30 inches wide, 27 inches tall and 17 inches deep, and all of the under-sink plumbing is wrapped.
  • The bathroom has an accessible bathing feature - transfer, standard roll-in, or alternate roll-in shower or accessible tub - with grab bars and a detachable hand-held shower wand.
  • All wall-mounted shower/bath accessories and equipment are within 48 inches of the floor.

ADA PREMIER KING SUITE

Warm and welcoming, our ADA Premier King Suite is both mobility and hearing accessible. It features ADA mobility amenities including grab bar attached accessible seating, roll-in shower, lowered vanity in bathroom, and lowered shelf in closet.

Room Reservations

  • The hotel’s website allows individuals with disabilities to reserve accessible guest rooms during the same hours and in the same manner as other individuals.
  • Accessible guest rooms are held until all other guest rooms of the same type have been rented.
  • When the accessible guest room is reserved, it is blocked and removed from all reservation systems and held for the reserving guest and guaranteed, even if the normal practice is not to guarantee.

The following features are not available:

  • Van-accessible parking in the self-parking facility
  • Hotels business center is not accessible due to stairs leading to the area where the business center is located. Hotel Front Desk Provides assistance to guest whom are unable to access the business center.
