The teacher is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student. The security officer is accused of tampering with a witness and obstruction.
Detectives say the deaths in the Hillsborough and Pinellas jails were related to medical issues.
The robbery occurred Friday afternoon at PNC Bank, 10751 Ulmerton Road.
Police said the men followed the teen, then ran him off the road, tackled him and beat him up.
